Tie-Dyeing
Tie-Dye is a process of resist dyeing textiles or clothing which is
made from knit or woven fabric, usually cotton; typically using bright
colors. It is a modern version of traditional dyeing methods
Acid Wash Service
We deal in offering Acid Wash Services to our clients. Acid wash is
a washing process in which stones soaked in chlorine acid are used to
soften and bleach fabric, especially denim garments. Acid wash is chemical
processed denim that strips the top layer of color off to a white surface
with the undertones of navy blue as remains. Acid washed denim results
in a pre-worn look that have more texture, different coloring from frosted,
bleached light to faded looks and distressed edges. Different sized
stones create different effects. By combining the bleaching, the pumice
stones rubbing of the fabric surface and the laundry action itself the
fabric will soften and abrade and create a worn or second hand look
on the surface.
Softener Wash Service
The Softener Wash Services provided by us are highly effective and offered
at cost effective price to our clients. We use quality fabric softeners
that makes fabrics feel softer, decrease static cling, reduce wrinkling
and reduce drying time. These also reduce the effectiveness of flame
redundancy on fabrics, reduce the absorbency of cotton towels and inhibit
the moisture management characteristics of high performance active sportswear
fabrics.

Direct Dyeing Service
Direct Dyeing Service is another kind of service offered by us to our
clients as per their requirements and demands. Any kind of colored,
water-soluble compounds that have an affinity for fiber and which are
taken up directly, such as the benzidine derivatives. Direct dyes are
usually cheap and easily applied, and are highly effective in yielding
bright colors. Wash fastness is poor but may be improved by after treatment.
Most packaged dyes sold for home use are direct dyes. Direct dyes are
a class of hot water dyes that are used for cellulose fibers, such as
cotton. It is one of the two types of dyes that are mixed with 'all
purpose dyes' such as Rit, Tintex Hot Water dye, and Dylon multi-purpose
Dye. The main reason why direct dyes are used is because of cost. Although
the widely available all-purpose dyes which contain a mixture of direct
and acid dyes are very expensive, per pound of fabric to be dyed, direct
dyes sold alone and purchased in bulk are among the cheapest of all
dyes. Direct Dyes are used on cellulose fibers such as cotton, rayon,
and linen, but they will also color silk and wool unless dyeing is accompanied
by a chemical 'reserving agent', which unfortunately is unavailable
to home dyers (except, perhaps, as an element in Alter Ego's very expensive
proprietary 'fixative'). Direct dyes are not generally more light fast
than fiber reactive dyes.
